The journey of breastfeeding is deeply personal. For me, it required more knowledge and resilience than I ever knew.
It was a difficult and amazing journey for me. I had lots of help! But none of it was working.
I want to help mums to understand what's coming, and to feel the empowering feeling of breastfeeding. I understand the difficulty of coping when it's hard.
My training as a Level 3 Breastfeeding support worker, plus the wealth of benefits I get as a IBCLC associate member, means I can be the breastfeeding friend to help you on your journey.
I run regular informal sessions about breast feeding in a few of the coffee shops around Kings Heath, Moseley and Harborne. Coffee Mornings are free. There will be around 20 minutes of shared experiences and chatting with other mums, followed by 20 minutes of a group Q&A and 1:1 with me at the end.
I offer private breastfeeding support. These are bespoke to your needs and can be held before or after birth in the comfort of your home.
£50 per hour
